Product Care

🌿 Product Care Guide

Step 1: Unboxing

Carefully unpack your succulents as soon as they arrive. Remove all packaging materials, including protective paper or filler.

Some leaves may appear slightly wrinkled or dry due to travel — this is completely normal.

Step 2: Let Them Breathe

Place your plants in a bright, airy spot away from direct sunlight for 1–2 days. This allows them to recover from shipping stress and adjust to their new environment.

Step 3: Repotting (Optional)

If your succulents came in nursery pots, you can transfer them into your favorite pot with well-draining soil once they’ve rested for a couple of days.

Use cactus or succulent mix, and make sure your pot has drainage holes.

Step 4: First Watering

Wait at least 2–3 days after arrival before watering. When you do water, soak the soil thoroughly and allow it to drain completely.

Do not mist the leaves — succulents prefer their roots to absorb water.

Step 5: Light & Placement

After your plants have adjusted, move them to a bright spot with indirect sunlight. Morning light or filtered afternoon light is ideal.

If growing indoors, a south- or east-facing window works perfectly.

Step 6: Ongoing Care

Water only when the soil is completely dry. Avoid overwatering. Fertilize lightly during the growing season (spring and summer).

Each succulent is unique — observe its color and shape to learn what makes it thrive best.

From soil to soul — GNEM grows with you, one leaf at a time.
