Sedum dasyphyllum 'Minor', known as Corsican Stonecrop, is a delicate miniature succulent forming dense mats of tiny blue-green to gray-green beaded leaves. Native to Mediterranean regions, this compact variety is smaller than the species, with leaves barely 3mm long that create a fine-textured groundcover effect. The powdery blue coating (farina) provides a frosted appearance and UV protection. In summer, small white to pale pink star flowers cover the plant. Excellent for fairy gardens, between stepping stones, or as a living mulch around larger succulents. Cold-hardy and heat-tolerant, it thrives with neglect.
